Every single time I bring my car in for service the first words out of anyones mouth is "Your warranty is expired" which is never said in a friendly tone. I always respond with I have an extended warranty th words out of anyones mouth is "Your warranty is expired" which is never said in a friendly tone. I always respond with I have an extended warranty through Allstate which shouldn't be a surprise because you guys have used my extended warranty before. It honestly makes me uncomfortable to bring my car in because its like you guys don't want to take the time to use it, when at the end of the day you're going to get paid whether it be from me or Allstate. This time I brought my car in because my car said "airbag maintenance" and the first words out of the women's mouth were "airbags aren't usually covered with extended warranties".....how would she know that if she hasn't looked at my policy, or called Allstate to find out. Thank goodness there wasn't an actual issue with my airbags however its that kind of 'Holier than thou" attitude that makes it extremely uncomfortable bringing in my car. More
