After 10 years of using this service dept I can say I’ve had the worst experience. I waited in my car 20 minutes outside the bay because the cars inside never moved. Finally someone came out to greet me. I had the worst experience. I waited in my car 20 minutes outside the bay because the cars inside never moved. Finally someone came out to greet me. I let them know what service I needed and that I had a coupon. I showed them the coupon and the price. Almost 3 hours of waiting there for a simple oil change and tire rotation. My bill was never adjusted. Then after 30 minutes of going back and forth they refused to take off the coupon even after showing them that I just received it from the dealership. I paid got to my vehicle that was dirtier then when I left. Garbage still on the floors. Really terrible experience. More
