After negotiating a deal, giving a deposit, driving 100 miles the day of pick-up, having my trade-in looked at and accepted AND having my plates taken off my old car - I was presented deposit, driving 100 miles the day of pick-up, having my trade-in looked at and accepted AND having my plates taken off my old car - I was presented with my final bill to finish the transaction for the new vehicle. ONLY to find that they added extra fees to the salel of the new vehicle that were NEVER mentioned, spoken about or discussed. When the sales person, "Chris" and the dealer manger "Bill" were confronted with these added charges they because rude, arrogant and disrespectful cause they were called out on the added charges and didnt know what to do. Buyer Beware This dealership and its players- ESPECIALLY the main player "BILL" are as "shady" as shady comes. More
