Very shady. Snuck in a warranty upon signing didn’t ask. Transmission was bad so we tried using the warranty they company said no it was too soon and denied it. I have been coming to this Ford dealership since I have lived in Decatur County. Recently the dealership was purchased by Golden circle and all of their prices have increased. Before I would get a basic oi lived in Decatur County. Recently the dealership was purchased by Golden circle and all of their prices have increased. Before I would get a basic oil change for $54.00 and then tire rotation with every other service for about $10 more, now they're basic service includes rotation but at a 30% markup. I was quoted around $80.00. I had them print my service records and told them it'll be the last time that I will be here. Don't screw over your regular customers or soon you won't have any. They also now charge 3% if you use a debit card. More
