I brought my car in for what I thought would be a quick fix, but I was shown otherwise. I really believe this is an excellent place to bring your vehicle for service. My only issue is after having my brakes replaced, there is a very prominent squeal every time I brake. I do believe them when they say they don’t hear it but every person that’s in my car with me hears the squeals and tells me that doesn’t sound good. I guess I’m just stuck with sqeaky brakes and just need to turn the music up? More

What a great experience I had with Emire at Golf mill Chevrolet. He was transparent, communicative, and a very kind young man. I had to come back less than 2 weeks later as my check engine light came back on. I would told it may not be covered. Diagnostics were run. The issue was determined. I was told it would take an hour. I asked for brake inspection and oil change. The tech said "brakes are fine". I asked for them to be checked again since I saw gouge marks on right rear rotor through the wheel and there were gr The tech said "brakes are fine". I asked for them to be checked again since I saw gouge marks on right rear rotor through the wheel and there were grinding noises coming from brakes for a couple days. Then ... all of a sudden it was discovered I need rear brakes. What if I left and trusted them? Then they tried to charge me $700 for a rear brake job (pads & rotors). Everybody else does it for about $350. Some smartass was telling me that competitors use ceramic pads which only last "half as long". Ceramic pads LAST LONGER and have a lifetime warranty! Average life is more than semi-metallic pads. Stop lying to people! Then when I asked for my car back and to just pay for the oil change ... it took over an hour to get me out of there (I guess this was my punishment for speaking out). There was another customer (elderly woman) in the waiting area complaining that she had to pay $3,200 for a water pump but only needed a seal (but was still charged $3,200)!! And to top it off everyone had a smug look on their faces. I am a new customer but will never return to this shyster service dealer. More
