Work is never done right the first time. They treat you like you do not know what you are talking about. If there is any possiblity that they could of made a midstake they are not even willing to work out like you do not know what you are talking about. If there is any possiblity that they could of made a midstake they are not even willing to work out some kind of deal with the customer so they can walk away with some statisfaction. They are always in the right. After spending a lot of money on useless reasons to correct a problem then they decide it was'nt even close to want they thought of in the beginning. They put you on another goose run. I wish Colonial Dodge was still open and this place had closed down. Because after all the money this place has taken from me, I will never go back to this place again. I never know if my work ever gets done. One time I was told that the place was closed and I believe he was on his lunch break. Not even the employees want to work there! LOL More
At the purchase of my new Jeep they failed to register the Chrysler service contract that I paid for when I purchased the Jeep. When I did have to go in for service, they would not honor this service c the Chrysler service contract that I paid for when I purchased the Jeep. When I did have to go in for service, they would not honor this service contract & fought me about it. I had to bring in all of my original sales receipts & contracts to prove that I did in fact purchase this contract. They very reluctantly agreed to give me what I paid for. Their service department is the very definition of dishonesty & incompetence. I have owned many different makes & models of new vehicles & have never ever seen such poor service. This is my first Chrysler product & I had high hopes, but I can honestly say that after my experiences at Mike Riehls Roseville Chrysler Jeep I will never ever own a Chrysler product again. I would highly advise anyone thinking to purchase a Chrysler product to think again. And never, go anywhere near with this dealership. If you do you will regret it. Consider yourself warned!! More
My 2008 Chrysler Aspen went in to the service because of unusual wear on both front tires. The service tech said was tie rod -was covered under warranty but would not cover tires that was a result of tie r unusual wear on both front tires. The service tech said was tie rod -was covered under warranty but would not cover tires that was a result of tie rod problem. They first started that they wouldn't replace them because the tires weren't rotated-we told them to check their records because they did rotate them and then I asked to speak to the dealer owner -Mike Riehl-He stated that now the tire wear was due to normal wear and tear. He told me that CANCER is a problem my tire situation is not a problem. I told him that my father died from cancer and he said so did mine. He did not resolve the issue and has absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. More
