The service from the crew at Goodwin's far exceeded the service you expected to receive from a Mercedes dealership. No pressure whatsoever. Looked at several different models, test drove 3 of them. Ralph wanted to make sure we landed in the vehicle that worked for us, not him. He explained the differences, worked #'s with us several times until we made a decision. Both Ralph and Jared Mailhot stayed after hours on a Saturday to assist us with our purchase. Highly recommend this dealership and Ralph D'Angelo for your car buying needs. The customer service it top notice and you are treated like royalty both in the buying process and the service area. More

Very dissatisfied with the customer service and communication received at this dealership and my salesman Ralph D'Angelo. I thought the stereotype of a used car salesman was dead but Ralph taught communication received at this dealership and my salesman Ralph D'Angelo.
