Customer Service Like No Other Elisha is an MVP!!! We're from the Chicago suburbs and while we were in Janesville for a youth sports tournament, our Expedition became undrivable. Th Elisha is an MVP!!! We're from the Chicago suburbs and while we were in Janesville for a youth sports tournament, our Expedition became undrivable. This happened over a weekend and I had no idea what we were going to do. Thank God for Boucher Ford and Elisha! Through their care line, she got in touch with me right away, EVEN ON A SUNDAY! Long story short, the engine needed to be replaced and Elisha did all the leg work and negotiations with our warranty company to make it as painless as possible. I couldn't imagine having gone through this without the care and attention that Elisha and the crew at Boucher Ford provided. Thank you all so very much! More

Most of them we know by name and they know me by name. It's like seeing one BIG Family. I've been in their shoes before so I know what it can be like. I have NEVER seen anyone that has been treated unfairly in all my visits. I stop by now and then just to say Hi because the way I'm treated. Everyone been great to my entire family. For that reason alone I don't go anywhere else for my auto needs. If it's service or time to replace my auto they're to ones I chose to go see. Timothy Poff was an amazing sales rep to work with. He was up-front and honest. I was not pressured into buying a vehicle and he showed me options/informed me of my chances of getting approved for the cre was up-front and honest.
