Over priced, added things without my consent. I was in the building the whole time. $69 oil change ended up being $129 . Overly aggressive on pushing higher prices package. I bought the tires there and it should have shown up that I have a lifetime rotation on the tires. Why would you ask me if I wanted to pay for the higher priced package that included that in it???
