Steering Problem I took in my F 150 because I was having intermittent stiffness in the steering. I thought it may be the power steering pump but after a diagnosis by t I took in my F 150 because I was having intermittent stiffness in the steering. I thought it may be the power steering pump but after a diagnosis by the service technician it turned out to be a steering arm. They had the part in stock and I had my truck back the same day. Great service. More

Technicians unable to duplicate problem enough times to trace cause & fix it. Recommended I return in fall when weather gets colder, as the problem may be driven by cold weather. More
