I'm not usually always very satisfied with the dealership and I've not had any issues in the past. But on this occasion, there was one thing that kind of rubbed me the wrong way. They had recommended to perform a brake flush on the vehicle to my wife. Now, I normally handle the correspondence with the dealership, but was unavailable on that day. She elected not to go with it and when she told me about it, I said to her that is weird because I swear we just had it done . I had looked and our records did indicate that we did complete the blank brake flush already several months ago. Again, it is a bit concerning that they had not looked at our records before making a recommendation for a service work. I hope this was a rare mistake and not normal. More
