Kory Lambert & The Service Team at Gordie Boucher Nissan of Greenfield took good care of my recently purchased 23' Ram ProMaster Van when I stopped by for my first oil change Due to the high roof (9 feet of Greenfield took good care of my recently purchased 23' Ram ProMaster Van when I stopped by for my first oil change Due to the high roof (9 feet) & heavy weight of the utility van, Kory double checked the height clearance of the garage openings & also checked the GVWR of the van to ensure that there hoists would be able to lift the van. The oil change & tire rotation were done in about an hour and a half which is very acceptable in a high volume repair facility. Purchased a 2024 Nissan Titan and found out after purchasing that the front camera is blurred. Brought it in for inspection and found out the lens is cracked. They said they’re not paying for replac purchasing that the front camera is blurred. Brought it in for inspection and found out the lens is cracked. They said they’re not paying for replacement or repair but will give me the dealer rate. The car has no damage to it to indicate it’s something that I’ve done. For $61k and a potential repeat customer, I feel like they should have covered it since it was clearly missed in the “inspection” process. I’ll definitely be taking my business elsewhere in the future. You can buy a vehicle anywhere, it’s the service that makes the difference and this a failure. Update: I want to thank General Sales Manager Michael Hanson who stepped in and helped me to make sure the problem got resolved. It is not the mistakes that define us but how we recover from them and I am very happy with the outcome. Thank you More
