They told me my brakes were at 50% front and rear, but i took them to another shop because they squeak alot , and i looked at the pads myself amd the rear were "dead", and the frknt were ar 20%. Service was great I was told I by a customer you are able to watch get your car serviced on video. That do happen per Quentin they were short staff.
