I purchased a supposed to been certified used car from you guys. I’ve had this car at the service department five times the last time I was there I was told that it may be a valve problem, but they would you guys. I’ve had this car at the service department five times the last time I was there I was told that it may be a valve problem, but they would not do anything until the yellow light comes on come to find out that my trunk latch is broke on the car, I was told when I brought the car in for oil change did my brakes was excellent. I have to have brakes installed on this car if I knew by any chance the purchase of a car from you guys I would’ve had this much problem with a certified used car I would’ve never ever purchased this car. I will be writing a letter to Nissan corporate company , and also a letter to the Better Business Bureau because this is really bad when you get this type of service that I have received from you guys for a cop that needs all this work done on it shame on you More
