Card reader was down did not inform me that I needed to pay cash. Came to pick up vehicle and told I needed to give a copy of license and my card if I didn't have cash. Talked to a gentlemen who seemed very rude with me telling him I don't feel comfortable told me he would have to keep my car. Mind you it was a sat and almost 1 and time to close. I had to rush to a bank to withdraw money to get my vehicle. I use this location often and decided I will not return after this incident. Unprofessional and horrible customer service. More
