Amanda greeted me with a warm smile and was exceptionally pleasant and helpful. I informed her that I needed an oil change and mentioned a broken fog light lens. She promptly provided a price quote and kept me well informed throughout the service process. While waiting, I had the pleasure of speaking with Janet Hanson, who was friendly and welcoming. During our conversation, she kindly reminded me that I had service points available and suggested I ask Amanda to apply them to my bill. I truly appreciated her attentiveness and thoughtfulness—Janet went above and beyond, and I give her high praise for her customer care. I’d also like to acknowledge Duke, Amanda, Janet, and Corey for doing an outstanding job. Everyone was professional, courteous, and made sure all my concerns were addressed. Keep up the excellent work! More

It is ok, it seems to be better than the dealership on 27th Street. Staff did not seem excited to see me, but perhaps it was a low-energy day. 27th Street. Staff did not seem excited to see me, but perhaps it was a low-energy day. More

It’s sad that your service advisor doesn’t know who his customers are. I was in the waiting area at 930 am with 4 other customers and the advisor went to another waiting customer to go over the details of customers are. I had to approach the advisor when I overheard him talking about my car. Maybe you should make an effort to know your customers and not worry about getting them in and getting them out. More
When appointment made for 10am was told it would be approximately 1hr. One arrival Kory said it would be about 1 1/2hrs. Didn’t question the additional time. Declined car wash as my car was clean. approximately 1hr. One arrival Kory said it would be about 1 1/2hrs. Didn’t question the additional time. Declined car wash as my car was clean. 11:45am my husband asks about the status & to let Kory know we were waiting inside and was told they are running a little behind. He also said “I told you I would call, when your car was ready and it should be only a few minutes.” At 11:45am my vehicle is finally brought over from the tire rotation area to the oil change area. I watched as greasy hands were placed all over my driver’s side door and the top interior of the door(window was open). The hood was then opened, an air filter removed and placed atop the engine. Hood closed without replacing the filter. Several minutes go by nothing. Subject entering data in a computer at table. After disappearing he eventually returns and I watch as he struggles to reopen the hood. 2nd person comes to help. Greasy hands now all over front of my vehicle where the hood meets the front end above the grill. Subject reinserts the filter, he had earlier had left atop the engine, back into the slot from which it came and closes the hood. 3rd person now repositions the car for the lift. 1 ft up checks properly seated on rack by bouncing the front end. Finishes lift. 12:15pm husband now irritated speaks with Kory again and states “You must think your time is more valuable than mine. I was told when I made the appointment it would be about an hour. You said when I brought it in 1 1/2hrs and here it is coming on 2 1/2 hrs and we are still waiting.” Kory said it should be about done and would check on it. I watched Kory speak with the mechanic. The oil then gets drained and area cleaned before reinserting the drain plug. Vehicle brought down. Oil filled and allowed to sit for a number of minutes before he finishes filling the oil. Kory came out a second time during the oil fill & while it was awaiting topping off. Exactly 2 1/2 hrs after bringing my car in for a simple oil change it was out front. I asked about the plastic door hole cap missing from the front if they were able to replace it. I think he had forgotten to check for it. He asked me to show him what I was talking about. I showed him the round hole in the passenger door. At first he tried telling me that that was how it is supposed to be. I then showed him the driver’s door with the plastic cap. Then I pointed out all the greasy hand prints on my door. Kory countered with that I had declined the car wash. I stated my vehicle had come in clean and at that time didn’t need a wash. He got a paper towel with some cleaner and wiped the outside of the door and I also pointed out the same on the inside top of the door. Note: I observed the mechanic with his greasy hands leaning on the driver’s side door. Palms outside of the door & fingers over the edge on the inside. Like someone leaning on a table. I left there concerned if the proper amount of oil was put in, was the oil plug tightened properly, or would my wheels fall off and was everything there tightened properly. I guess I like how the Lincoln dealership up the street does things. When your car is in there, they live feed you and you can watch on your phone them working on it. Here I just happened to be sitting at the window observing what took place in the oil change area. No idea what happened in the tire rotation area or if it was even done. Kory apologized and gave a 15% discount, though nice, it truly meant nothing as I have lost confidence in the work that was done. After all was said and done, my husband returned to Kory the two signs indicating “no car wash” that had been left on the dashboard. Irritated and moreover concerned. More
