They are awful. I just needed a simple recalibration of a break pedal sensor and they said I had to buy a sensor from them and then they would recalibrate. That is x More

When you called, my service advisor had the impression that you had installed a new part and wanted us to program it. If we misunderstood, we apologize. Under those circumstances, we normally decline simply because if the new part doesn’t accept the recalibration, we are unable to warranty it. We want to be able to stand by the work we do.
