The service manager, Tim is not above getting out there and helping when needed and has always made sure any questions I had were answered. I also appreciate his taking his diesel mechanic, David (Dave?) coming out to personally explain what was causing my issues and how it was fixed. I also can’t forget Carolyn, who handled my rental. She is the sweetest and gets your paperwork and rental handled quickly, but without making you feel like you’re just a “number” in an assembly line, plus she makes great cookies that are free in the waiting area! Hmmm…. Will they notice if I stop by just to snag a cookie? More
