We charge a diagnostic fee even if you have the work done, as do other shops. The difference is that we break it down so you can see it rather than include it in the total repair estimate. The total amount you pay is the same but with ours there is more transparency. We hope this is helpful, and we thank you for your business and your appreciation for Tammy. Have a great day!
