Service and warranty matter This is a great dealership because of the high caliber of staff working there. I have purchased a couple of cars from him and have literally followed him to multiple dealerships because he is so honest. You never feel like he has a hidden agenda. In the service department I worked with Kenn and similarly he was very very honest and client focused. I had a warranty issue with stitching on the front seat of my 2018 GT mustang coming apart and Kenn was terrific. He was very attentive and got an approval from Ford America very promptly and has already ordered the replacement. Finally I worked with Erica in the parts department and she was so positive and attentive when I went through her department to finalize my service transaction. These 3 individuals make this dealership worth trusting and visiting. More
