I was berated in front of 20 sales employees by their boss . And the odd thing is I never asked to talk to him . He took it upon himself to tell me that he didn't need me as a customer . Came in to get service which was not accomplished by the service center 4 days prior. They took no ownership of the lack of communication; made it seem like it was our problem.
