Absolutely terrible. Honestly this place has to be a scam! I went to get an oil change and I arrived at 7:45am - I was the first person there. The oil change took two and Honestly this place has to be a scam! I went to get an oil change and I arrived at 7:45am - I was the first person there. The oil change took two and a half hours! I kept asking the associates about my car but they told it’s getting a car wash. It doesn’t take two hours to wash a car from the dealership. Poor communication! Will not be going back And they have the nerve to upsell me on a new battery that I didn’t need More
