Took car in with an appointment. Was not seen for five days to check what was wrong with check engine light. Was told it would be seen the next day after i took it in. Without it Was not seen for five days to check what was wrong with check engine light. Was told it would be seen the next day after i took it in. Without it for a week. If you have an appointment that means it should be seen then. If you go to doctor with an appointment they don't say will get to in a week. When I bought it from them I was told it had a hundred thousand mile warranty but was never told it was only good for 5 years. Another time they called and offered a lower price for an oil change and made me an appointment but when I had the oil change they charged double the price. Will never be back to Graff. More

I was not impressed with the customer service I received at all and thought it was down right unprofessional. I decided to bring my car in to the dealership instead of just taking it to Walmart, assuming th at all and thought it was down right unprofessional. Now I feel like I paid double the cost for worst service than I would have received at Walmart. Communication was horrendous and absolutely ridiculous. The first thing I said was...I'm here to see about getting an oil change. He just starts putting the tag in the car and taking down info off car. I had to ask him how much it was going to be? Then what does that include? Then about the multi purpose check. I felt like I was having to pull simple information out of him and started to leave but drove out of my way for ur particular shop because I liked ur customer service in the past. At check out he was like just sign here and I had to ask what I was signing. No explanation of nothing. I asked was the multi purpose check done? He said yeah. I simply went spray wiper solution and nothing came out so that was a lie it wasn't done which I had already suspected. I was so pissed I took it to another chevy dealer. I hate to be mean but I'm not sure if he likes his job or was just lazy but customer service is not his forte. I even had to ask him, his name. More
