I came in open to see what my options were with the previous vehicle that I purchased from Diego Ruvalcaba and although I really wanted to continue with the 2019 Equinox which I loved OpalLee (Named af previous vehicle that I purchased from Diego Ruvalcaba and although I really wanted to continue with the 2019 Equinox which I loved OpalLee (Named after the lady who pushed for Juneteenth to be a national holiday - Fort Worth's own). I knew I would be forking out money for repairs which be costly in the end. So it made sense to try to get something newer. This is my VERY FIRST BRAND NEW PURCHASE WHICH IS EXCITING! Because of this dealership going above and beyond when I needed a newer vehicle in the beginning of this relationship, that alone made me return. I'm grateful. More

Idan at Graff was the best. He did all he could do to get me exactly what I wanted in an SUV. Smooth flowing, I brought my vehicle in for a recall. Stephani greeted me, verified my appointment, took pictures of my vehicle and informed me of two additional recalls.
