Took in car that was just out of warranty and was told that there was a leak in the radiator hose, but they couldn't get the part for 2 to 3 weeks and had no loaner cars to give me so I had to come and pi that there was a leak in the radiator hose, but they couldn't get the part for 2 to 3 weeks and had no loaner cars to give me so I had to come and pick it back up and pay $200 and then was told it was gonna be $25 more to top off the antifreeze which they finally waived the fee for that And take it to a local dealer who informed me that there was no leak in the hose and that the whole radiator was cracked so I paid $200 for a complete misdiagnosis and I'm completely baffled at the service received More

Bad business, I schedule my truck to be looked at ahead of time to only be told after five hours of my truck being in the shop that I might not get my truck looked at.
