If I could rate this dealership a 0, I would. These people are unprofessional and unskilled. They wasted my time and made me lose money, due to their lack of communication. My service advisor, Am These people are unprofessional and unskilled. They wasted my time and made me lose money, due to their lack of communication. My service advisor, Amber, was the absolutely worst. She sucked at answering the phone and has no urgency whatsoever. My vehicle overheated, I took it to them to get it fixed. Immediately after that appointment, my engine light cut on, and I dropped it back off. She called me and automatically said I needed an engine. She couldn’t tell me where the problem occurred. She held up my warranty company, because she gave them very little information. She said that I needed an engine because my car previously overheated, but if that’s the case you all did not thoroughly inspect my vehicle as I suggested. I haven’t had my vehicle in a month, due to their negligence. I continuously called these people, eventually they started hanging up the phone and telling me that Amber is busy. This dealer sucks and I would NOT recommend you going there, especially if you’re from out of town. I am sure they will do you dirty, like they did me. More

I stopped in for an oil change without an appointment because I was on a road trip. I was treated very well and the service was completed very quickly. I was advised that I would need tires in a few thou because I was on a road trip. I was treated very well and the service was completed very quickly. I was advised that I would need tires in a few thousand miles (which I knew but still appreciate) and that I would need an air filter and cabin filter at the next service interval. The advisor was very friendly and helpful and I would gladly do business here again if I were in the area!! More
