I was traveling from Wisconsin to Pennsylvania on Sunday. I began to have vehicle problems and pulled over for the night. I told the dealership my situation and they got me in right away to see what was goin I began to have vehicle problems and pulled over for the night. At the time I also was traveling with my two dogs.Graff Chevrolet was very accommodating. Josh assured me that they could do the job and get me out and traveling again by noon on Tuesday. From the transportation personnel that drove me back to the motel to the operator that answered the phone each, and every person was very accommodating and very swift to serve. I was in a hardship situation and.Graff was the friend I needed in a time of distress. They meant what they said and they did exactly that by Tuesday at 12:30 in the afternoon. I was on the road headed back to Pennsylvania. I am very appreciative for the swiftness of their work as well as the expertise and professionalism that they showed and how they treated me and accommodating my needs. More
