I was traveling from northern Michigan to north of Chicago in my older Tahoe, with a big dog, lots of gear and a bunch of big flowering plants in my car. I began to hear a weird, repetitive sound and realized I was losing some control of my steering. I'd just noticed a Chevy dealership to my left while on 94, and slowly, carefully headed there. I met Josh at the service desk. He was fantastic, to me and my dog. He listened carefully to me, worked with his team to evaluate the problems, and helped me secure a rental car, since ordering & receiving the correct part would take a few days. Josh even helped me transfer my bags and plants to the rental car. (I wanted to call his mom to tell her how terrific I think he is!) Anyway, Josh received the correct part after a couple of days, the mechanics worked their magic, and I returned to exchange the rental car for my Tahoe. I am so thankful that Graff Chevrolet was right there when I needed mechanical help, and that Josh, despite his already scheduled customers and busy day, fit my car in and gave me and my dog VIP treatment! It was surely a terrific team that fixed my car and helped me/us safely on our way! I'm deeply grateful. More
