I had an amazing experience at Graff - was towed there on a Sunday afternoon with a tire blowout. Of course they’re closed. I had to call back at one point, and Tracy answered the phone. Equally as pleasant and helpful - got right up to speed with my situation and found the answer I needed. I went to pick up my car, they were able to fix an outstanding recall as well. During this process, i had an engaging discussion with Valeria while waiting. Brian (in service) was prompt and attentive - completed what needed to be done and got me back on the road! I knew I wanted to write a review because it was a great experience for me. I couldn’t remember all the names, so I called back. Brea answered the phone, pulled up my info and gave me everything I wanted to know. Everyone I dealt with was helpful, kind, and friendly. Despite the crazy tire situation, my experience with Graff Kia definitely exceeded my expectations! More
