My 2023 Kia that has 40k miles on it and a full warranty still completely died on me twice. Had to have it towed to the dealership. When it left my house it was still running terrible with the check engine still completely died on me twice. Had to have it towed to the dealership. When it left my house it was still running terrible with the check engine light on. A day later they tell me the check engine light is off and they can't replicate the issue. I was also told by Angela that it seemed the oil at one point was overfilled and was all over, I informed her the only place I've ever had it serviced was by them. So ultimately I had to pay 200 something extra dollars for one of their techs mistakes. Will never return to this dealership. More
