From looking to SOLD ! My car broke down beyond repair and we went to the Nissan dealer just to look. Instead of just looking we put a hold on a car. Mr. O'Lear is by far the best sales person I have ever had to work with. He put all my fears to rest and helped us find the car the would fit our family needs and our budget! I couldn't be happier that we choose to go here. All of the sales staff that helped with our deal were amazing. I would recommend if you are looking for a new or used vehicle that you stop into Grand Blanc Nissan and talk to any of the wonderful sales staff they have. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Next time I am looking for a car I will be stopping here first! More

Didn't want me to test drive truck because they just put new tires on it. Seriously? Salesman was very sketchy on details concerning truck as if he wasn't knowledgeable about the truck. Pretty sad if you don't know the product your trying to sell Instead of trying to work out a mutual agreement on price of truck he didn't even try to work with me and told me if I really wanted the truck I'd come back and buy it. Wow! More

I Called to schedule service, Denise answered and scheduled my service, she was very nice and she welcomed me to the area. Came in for service appointment and it was good to see the diversity of employees in the dealer. While waiting for service the sales guy entertained me with a test drive. The test drive turned into a purchase. The guys there were friendly and patient, not pushy like other dealers I've been to. Would have given 5 stars but nobody is perfect. More
