Very disappointing! Was turned away on my first scheduled appointment. second spot had to leave my car for the $200 diagnostics. Very average, felt I had to push the process a bit and fact check certain things-push for information. At times I felt they were scrambling, communication between colleagues not good. It did not turn me into a loyal returning customer but it also didn't make me want to avoid ever coming back. Adam made me feel he was too busy for me. I felt they made it a little harder than it should be for me to buy a car from them, like I was driving the process forward and they were reacting. They don't seem to like push back or questions, I am a pretty informed buyer. More

I had an appointment but waited 3 & 1/2 hours to be told nothing could be done because a part had to be ordered! The issue with my car was told to the Service Tech when the appointment was made so the part nothing could be done because a part had to be ordered! The issue with my car was told to the Service Tech when the appointment was made so the part should have been ordered in case it was needed. Now I have to wait for a call & then set up another appointment to probably wait more than 3 hours again! (Would go to another dealer but have to deal with them because this dealer did the original repair due to a manufacturer's recall.) More
