I have a 2012 Rubicon with approximately 31000 miles. It has been in the shop for over two weeks with cylinder head replacement , oxygen sensors, etc. and now. catalytic converter. We bought our jeep "as is." A 2008 Wrangler Sahara. After five days it went into the shop for an oil leak and a check engine light issue. Got it back 6 days later. With "belt noise." Took it back. They clean five days it went into the shop for an oil leak and a check engine light issue. Got it back 6 days later. With "belt noise." Took it back. They cleaned off whatever they had left on the belt or pulley during the repair. Three weeks later, check engine light came on again. Re-did the part they put in before, and did some maintenance work. So $1600 later....hopefully we're done for a while. We really like the dealership, and our sales person. My only quibble would be that even though the car was sold "as is," it had a sticker on it which indicated they had checked it all over. The oil leak should have been noticed and fixed. Oil leaks are pretty apparent. All that said, the service department is very easy to work with, and I know they have the best interests of our new older wrangler at heart. So we'll keep going there for maintenance and service issues without a doubt. And if I did have to buy another car, I would not hesitate to go back as well. We would want to work with O Sobottka again! More
