The dealership held $1000 for 2 1/2 months to reserve an outback. We disagreed on my trade in's value. Suspecting dishonesty, I asked if the reserve money was, in fact, refundable. I did NOT ask for a refun outback. We disagreed on my trade in's value. Suspecting dishonesty, I asked if the reserve money was, in fact, refundable. I did NOT ask for a refund. The car was delivered to the dealership 2 months later. The dealership held my reserve money, but did not contact me when the car arrived. Rather, they sold it out from under me to someone else and then, after 2 1/2 months, refunded my money. They made no effort to contact me. I WILL tell everyone I know about getting shafted by this dealership. And I will tell them that Subaru is not worth getting shafted by Subaru's dealers. More

We had planned shopping around but our experience was so great we didn't go anywhere else. Layne was absolutely the best! We definitely don't like pushy salesmen.
