Great experience I stumbled on to this car lot, thinking they would not have anything I would like. Duane immediately came over as I started to look at one vehicle. The first thing he did was ask if I had worked with any other salesperson. He didn't want to take a commission from someone. I really appreciated that. Duane took time to help me and when I said I had an appointment, he suggested I take the vehicle to my appointment so I could try it out. Initially we were not very close on an agreed price, but everyone worked very hard to help me come up with a payment I was comfortable with. Duane and every other person at Grand Junction Volkswagen was very professional and friendly. They were very interested in my business, but not high pressure. Best Car Buying Experience! I started my car shopping experience with only having a limited amount of time each day to do so. I popped into the dealership 3 different times and o I started my car shopping experience with only having a limited amount of time each day to do so. I popped into the dealership 3 different times and only had a few minutes. They were great in helping me find the perfect vehicle. They listened to exactly what I needed and didn't try and persuade me in any other direction than what my needs were. I had stopped in at other dealerships in town and the experience was night and day. I wanted to purchase a vehicle at VW just for how awesome all the guys were with helping me and really listening to what I wanted vs what they wanted to sell me. I would recommend everyone look into buying from them even if you're not in the market for a VW, they had a large selection of vehicles to choose from. They will always be my first stop when looking for a vehicle in the future and my first recommendation for anyone else! More
