Although we weren't quite ready yet to sign a lease during that first visit, Paul patiently listened to what we desired in a vehicle, expertly shared his product knowledge with us, and worked hard to outline possible options for a lease deal that would fit our budget. He also gave us a tour of the well-appointed service department and the dealership, and took us on a test drive of a Subaru Crosstrek. Paul's professionalism, excellent communication skills and his non-pushy sales approach prompted us to return (without hesitation) to Grand Prix Subuaru a few weeks later to sign a lease deal. We also are grateful for the time and patience Business Manager Jose Pineda took to explain all the fine details involved with leasing a vehicle as it was a new concept to us.
