My husband and I bought a Legacy at your dealership. Marie Marshall was and is an incredible salesperson. We weren't sure which model Subaru we wanted. We asked Marie if we could test drive the Forester and the Legacy. It wasn't a problem, so my husband and I both drove the cars. We decided upon the Legacy after Marie took the time to show us many of the features. We came to pick up the car and once again she spent quite a bit of time with us, showing us how to use the features on the car. She reassured us that we could return after we drove the car a week or so and she would help us with any questions we had. We came back because we weren't sure on pairing the phones with the car and using apple play. Once again, Marie showed great patience and tried to simplify things for us. Today we had to return because we still had some questions. She was out giving another lucky customer a test drive so Andrew pitched in and he too was patient and helped to straighten us out. When Marie returned to the show room she came out to just make sure all was well. She is a tremendous asset to Grand Prix Subaru. Andrew was also wonderful. This is a dealership that we would reccomend highly thanks to these two wonderful people. More
From the time I walked into the dealership, everyone was extremely friendly. I highly recommend this dealership as well as the salesman, Roy Wander! We went out for a test drive of the Forester and I loved it! Roy was extremely friendly, patient and very knowledgeable of all the cars. He explained all the features and after I told him what I was looking for, was able to help me choose the right vehicle. The greatest thing about Roy is you don’t feel like you’re talking to a salesman. He is not trying to just sell you a car. He listening to what your needs are and trying to match you with the best car. The management as well is not overly pushy and no games played. I am leaving with a Forester and extremely happy with the ease of the whole process. More
Let me start by saying I know nothing about cars. I recently decided that I needed a safe automobile. I just so happened to go into a dealership (not Subaru) . I explained what I was looking for and I recently decided that I needed a safe automobile. I just so happened to go into a dealership (not Subaru) . I explained what I was looking for and decided to leave after realizing this salesperson knew less than me. 😱. So the next day I said to myself let me try Subaru it’s a safe car but again don’t know anything about it. I met with Roy Wander and he spent as much time as I needed, asking me Questions answering mine as well and explaining all options possible. We discussed what would be beneficial for my lifestyle and my budget. We then looked at the models. We then went for a test drive. We went over payments, and by the way I had my little dog with me who he allowed to sit on his lap during a test drive. I felt like a mechanic after the visit because he even showed me and explained everything under the hood from top to bottom I never felt so knowledgeable and satisfied after meeting with him. Of course I ended up purchasing the vehicle. It came quicker than promised because I wanted it ASAP. We then met again when my suv was delivered and he sat in the car with me and went over every little detail. Because I don’t know anything about cars he was very patient. I must thank Roy for that, he saw I wasn’t totally comfortable so we went for a little ride until he saw I was comfortable. I can’t tell you how happy I am dealing with him and if anyone has any need for a car, suv please see Roy. He even took me around the entire dealership and service and introduced me to people so I would feel comfortable if and when I need to come back , I must commend the whole dealership including the service manager, sales people and the finance gentleman, so professional and friendly. I can’t tell you enough please do not hesitate to go there. I’m just so thrilled with everything and if you have a dog, they definitely make you feel welcome. We brought our 2023 Crosstrek in for its first service and asked for a loaner car, which they promise for "every service appointment." It says this in the pamphlet they hand out to induce you to buy from and asked for a loaner car, which they promise for "every service appointment." They can't be trusted, and they don't care at all. More
