He was accommodating regarding the test drive so both myself and my husband could drive the car. Bryan was friendly and professional. He found the car I was interested in with the package and color I wanted. The VIP program is great ! Shaw Mayers was very nice and was able to get the loan for the terms we wanted. Was Ignored Went to Grand Prix Subaru this afternoon because I was very interested in leasing the 2016 Forrester 2.5i Limited with Nav. This was the one car that Went to Grand Prix Subaru this afternoon because I was very interested in leasing the 2016 Forrester 2.5i Limited with Nav. This was the one car that I really wanted to see (highly rated, safe, good value for the money, etc) and wanted someone experienced with the car to help me out (i.e a dealer). The only person in the empty (and I mean empty) showroom that was trying to help me out was the receptionist. She made a couple of overhead announcements but there were no takers. I went to help myself and look at the car myself and after I finished I noticed that one of the salesmen was there striking up a conversation with her. She asked him if he was available, he stated no and walked away as I approached. A total of 4 salesmen passed me by without one being available. This was about 1pm in the afternoon and the only customers was this elderly group that was being helped by one sales person. I took the snub as a sign that they didn't want my business and departed. This is the sign of a poorly run dealership. They really should change their business practices, or fire the salesmen that were working that afternoon. I will go to another dealership that is in the business of selling cars. More

Enjoyable and friendly I went to grand prix from a referral from a friend. I wanted to lease a car. I was first greeted by Vinny Ortolani, the general sales manager. He forwarded me to this nice salesman Eric baltazar. My experience with Eric was very nice. He was very professional and made the car buying process so easy. I ended up financing a 2015 subaru impreza. Eric helped me choose a car that was in my budget and best suited me. He was very personable. I had to wait 2 wks for my car to be delivered. It was worth the wait. The financial manager Jenna Donnelly made the transfer process of my trade in and my new purchase speedy. Everyone from the front secretary to salesman were very friendly. You feel like you've walked into a real family dealership. I would recommend grand prix hicksville to all my friends. I would refer specifically Eric who made the beginning to end process enjoyable. Just a few words that I and my family can never forget about him - He took me for test drives with same enthusiasm on the vehicles that I wanted to try and work with me for his extended hours, until 9:30 PM with the same energy explaining all details with all the honest prices. His speed and matchless patience in processing the application carefully and explaining the details. His care about my family was so nice. He offered snacks to us as it was late on the first day of visit and took care of us well until the end. We met with Frank in our first visit and he is just the same as Roy. I bought a New Subaru I came to Grand Prix Subaru to buy my third Subaru. I love Subarus but not the experiences I had at other dealerships. I was greeted in the showroom I came to Grand Prix Subaru to buy my third Subaru. I love Subarus but not the experiences I had at other dealerships. I was greeted in the showroom by Jamie Borack. Jamie spent time finding what I liked and disliked about my first two Subaru vehicles and answered all the questions I had about the new Cross Trek. I really like the idea that I was able to BUY what I wanted and never felt like I was being SOLD a car. Everything was handled for me so all I had to do was take a test drive and sign some paperwork on car pick up day. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and I am happy with my new car and the experience I had at Grand Prix. Thank you Jamie! More
