His speed and matchless patience in processing the application carefully and explaining the details. His care about my family was so nice. He offered snacks to us as it was late on the first day of visit and took care of us well until the end. We met with Frank in our first visit and he is just the same as Roy. I bought a New Subaru I came to Grand Prix Subaru to buy my third Subaru. I love Subarus but not the experiences I had at other dealerships. Jamie spent time finding what I liked and disliked about my first two Subaru vehicles and answered all the questions I had about the new Cross Trek. I really like the idea that I was able to BUY what I wanted and never felt like I was being SOLD a car. Everything was handled for me so all I had to do was take a test drive and sign some paperwork on car pick up day. I've owned many different cars across different brands in NYC (rallye bmw, toyota of manhattan, city gmc, van buren gmc, paragon acura, plaza auto mall in brooklyn, biener audi). Grand Prix Subaru exceeded them all on that one visit alone. I wish I bought cars from them sooner. But Bryan Amante, gave me a hassle free experience. I probably gave him all the hassle being particular about color. But he valued my trade in, showed me what they had available, worked with me on price and then bam, I bought a 2016 Forester. Go to Bryan! More
