Incredible experience for leasing my first car! I worked with Jamie who took amazing care of me. I had been driving the same car since high school (9 years), and it was time for me to get a new vehi I worked with Jamie who took amazing care of me. I had been driving the same car since high school (9 years), and it was time for me to get a new vehicle. A couple friends of mine had gotten Imprezzas, so I figured I'd take a look at it. I had gone to another Subaru dealer and was treated with such disdain because I wanted a car they didn't have on the lot. I was told that if I wanted a 4 door Imprezza, I was "looking for a unicorn". I got back in my car, and looked up the next closest Subaru dealer. That's how I found Grand Prix. Jamie was incredibly cordial and sincere throughout this entire transaction. The test drive was amazing and after feeling how the car glued itself to the pavement, I was sold. The interesting thing was that I never -felt- like I was being sold something by Jamie. She was very honest in everything she said to me. She helped me get an amazing deal on the car and I've already recommended a bunch of my friends go to her. Her estimate on the time it would take my car to be delivered was spot on. She said it would be 2-3 weeks since they are made in Japan, then ship to Boston, then to the dealer. It arrived at the start of the 3rd week! During this time, I had spoken to Jamal when Jamie was out for a couple days. He was also incredible nice and understanding of my questions about the car leasing process. Ted also took great care of me in getting the deal. Truly an amazing experience. and will likely be a returning customer for my next car! More

Everyone on the staff of this establishment is more than willing to make sure that you get into the vehicle you want, at the price you can afford, and do so with a smile! From our first meeting with Joe Delrossi, it was clear this was not a dealership centered on pushing cars off the lot to any buyer. He was attentive, listened to what my needs were in a vehicle that would be traveling through very snowy conditions in the future, and made sure that the Forester I had come in for had all of the capabilities I would need to be safe in Northern New York. Joe and Vinny Ortolani worked so hard to make sure that I was completely satisfied with my vehicle, at a price that would work within a US Military family's budget, all while feeling no pressure to buy or add a ton of upgrades, which was absolutely amazing!! I cannot say enough about the finance team, including Jayson Schrager, who really worked the numbers to make this deal happen! And the service department with Chris and Clinton is aces, fixing a few minor cosmetic issues with the vehicle we purchased off the lot within days and offering me a courtesy car until it was finished. I have never had as positive or as straightforward a car buying experience with a dealership as I did at Grand Prix, even as an owner of other Subarus, and I will certainly be coming back to this dealership in the future! As a woman buying my own car I wanted the Forrester in a standard (stick shift),and even though they didn't have one to test drive , I stayed to discuss the Forrester, because Jea I wanted the Forrester in a standard (stick shift),and even though they didn't have one to test drive , I stayed to discuss the Forrester, because Jeanne was not only warm and informative, but she was NOT pushy .. She was there to answer questions and suggested we test drive the automatic, so she could explain all the features. What I loved about her was that she gave me a committed price, and didn't act disappointed/pushy when I chose not to leave a deposit until I actually test drove the model I wanted. I dealt w two other dealerships.. drove the standard version, fell in love with it.. but did not purchase the car from them.. WHY? In one dealership, the male sales was pushy, acted like he was doing me a favor w the price he quoted me.. (higher than Hicksville/Jeanne).. and when I was hesitant.. he acted like the car would be gone if I didn't act now. In the other dealership.. I knew more than the sales person.. (no thanks). I ended up back w Jeanne, who had no problem finding me the car, and not only answered all my new questions BUT was personally available the entire next week to help me figure out how things worked (over the phone). Go to Jeanne.. esp if your a woman.. she gives you the respect with out the arrogance of "you made me do all this work.. and your not buying it!!!! crap... Diana Faraci More
