Great Service - Not Pushy This was my first new car ever. I did a lot of research and visited plenty of dealerships. Only about every other dealer I visited really acted like This was my first new car ever. I did a lot of research and visited plenty of dealerships. Only about every other dealer I visited really acted like they wanted to do business, and of those, only a few didn't fall back on the stereotypical lines, hooks, and double-talk (I'm not exaggerating at all when I say another dealer told me "Oh, the babes love it"). Roy Wander at Grand Prix really spent the time with me to help figure out what car was my best fit, never got pushy with the in-stock models, and had all the details ready when I wanted them. The itemized price we hammered out at the end of negotiations was exactly what I paid when my new Legacy arrived from the factory - no bait-and-switch or hidden fees. I've been driving this car for a week now and I absolutely love it. Next new car around, I'm starting by calling Roy at Grand Prix and I don't expect to go anywhere else. Since my dad is an extremely hard sell, I knew Jamie had to be great at her craft and be a genuine person. As soon as I walked through the door, Jamie made me feel comfortable and actually enjoy my car-buying experience, which is usually a high-tension situation. She was great because she made sure the car I bought was ultimately the right fit for me based on my criteria. She is so personable, loves her job and people. By the end of my time with Jamie, I had the car I wanted and walked away feeling like I made a new friend. I cannot recommend Jamie enough to anyone out there who is looking for a new (or pre-owned) car. More

I met Jaime and she was so pleasant and friendly and she wasn't pushy like most car sales people are. I did my research before going in and I knew what I wanted. She took the time to listen to me and she was able to meet my expectations. Jaime introduced me to Jenna in financing and between the both of these ladies they made my experience of buying a new car so easy when it's usually stressful.
