He is there for you from the minute you walk in to the minute you drive away in your new car. He will do whatever he can to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. Roy is the reason that I will return to Grand Prix Subaru the next time I purchase a new car. As for the Subaru products, you will not find a better car for the money than a Subaru. The cars are of such high quality that they are worth much more than you are going to pay. Exactly What We Were Looking For My husband and I came to Grand Prix Subaru thinking that we were interested in a CrossTrek, but when we saw it in person, we realized it didn't have t My husband and I came to Grand Prix Subaru thinking that we were interested in a CrossTrek, but when we saw it in person, we realized it didn't have the truck space our family needed. Fortunately, our salesperson Jamie couldn't have been more helpful. She walked us through the costs and features on a number of different models, and eventually found us a 2011 outback with limited milage that we both loved. Jamie and Jenna also made the purchasing process very smooth. The car was ready to go within days. Jenna got us a good deal on the financing, and Jamie worked directly with our insurance company to handle all the transfer details. I would defiantly recommend Grand Prix Subaru, Jamie and Jenna! Awesome Car Experience Purchasing 2015 WRX I was very pleased with my purchase from this dealer. I ordered the end of September a 2015 WRX premium with Harmon Speaker upgrade and the navigation I was very pleased with my purchase from this dealer. I ordered the end of September a 2015 WRX premium with Harmon Speaker upgrade and the navigation 6 MT. The process was straight forward and very pleasant with Roy. He did not waste my time with trying to get me to buy something else or anything. It was definitely a No Hastle/Pressure sale. I pretty much came in, he helped figure out what options i wanted, and placed the order.No issues and was straight forward. The car was suppose to take 4-6 months for delivery. The middle of October, i get a call saying that the car is in. The car came in a record time of a month ina half. He told me that it would take about an HR or 2 to go over my options, financing, showing me things with the car and i appreciated the honestly. Buying a car should not be rushed and he took his time with me throughout the process. I had a lease that i needed to turn in soon and even though the dealer couldnt buy the car from me, he helped me return the lease. He kept the car for me on there lot fenced in, he took time out of his day 2 weeks after the deal was made to help me return the car to the dealer. he followed me to the dealer where i had to return the car, came in with me to make sure that all the paperwork and everything went smooth, then gave me a ride back to my car. I was shocked that he took time out of his day to help with something that really was not his problem in honesty.. Roy is an awesome person to deal with. He is honest, knowledgeable and is not pushy. He is the kind of sales rep you want to deal with. Jenna did my financing and she was very lovely. She did not try to sell me on anything extra. she recommended what most people get and tried to get me the best deal on a loan. she did not do what was best for her wallet. she cared about making the person happy and making sure that everything was clearly understood and what to expect. Again it was a very smooth process. Laith Also helped me in service when i was dealing with returning the lease. the service department ran smooth and they all were very knowledgeable and knew there product. some people just know cars in general but they know about the Subaru culture and modifications and everything. I am extremely happy with my purchase i would definitely buy a car from them again. i always wanted a Subaru since i was in high school and now that i was able to afford one, i couldn't be happier with the experience.
