AN OUTSTANDING BUYING EXPERIENCE! It is rare to write a review of an outstanding experience as complaints can be found in any purchase. My wife and I are past Subaru owners. As we are local to the area as retired business owners as well as live on the North Shore we visited with a dealer there but were not comfortable and decided to look at one more store. So we came to Grand Prix Subaru, were greeted warmly when we came in and introduced to a young lady by the name of Jaime. Very knowledgeable in her presentation we found her to be a warm and excellent sales consultant. Our goal was to buy to vehicles as we were going to trade in the two vehicles that we now owned. I already new what I wanted to pay and after a half hour of negotiations we were very far apart on the price. So as we said thank you for your efforts she said you have to meet our Sales Manager he is the only one that can accommodate your request. That was reasonable and so in a few minutes a very nice man appeared, put out his hand welcomed us and thanked us for giving him the opportunity to make this happen. His name was Richard and in a matter of minutes I felt comfortable and as he said, "I will make this happen for you give me a few minutes to offer you options in how to purchase these vehicles and offered a cup of coffee and a great Brooklyn bagel. Well that made the day! in five minutes Richard came back with a sheet of paper that outlined leases, finance options and told me that paying cash for two cars was not in my best interest. As he explained the options I said to my wife that $75,000 dollars was better invested as we had it than paying for the cars as Richard worked out. We were elated. I had not realized that theses options were that good and in the next half hour we signed for a new Forester and an Outback. This man was without question not only a consummate gentleman, but knew the product as well as the best options to buy a car today. So once again we will have two new Subaru's and a new friend that I say is my car man for the future. Thank you Jaime and Richard for an excellent experience. More

She explained everything about the cars, and even though I’ve been a Subaru owner for 5 years, I learned some things I didn’t know. Best and Easiest car buying experience to date! I had a great experience working with Jamie Borack at Grand Prix Subaru during the purchase of my 2015 Subaru Outback. She was not only friendly and personable, but also knowledgable of the Subaru brand and made sure to go over every aspect of the car with me upon pickup. I feel like I literally have known her my entire life. Her communication with me during the process of ordering my vehicle, signing all the paperwork, and driving off with my new car was impecable. For someone who has bought many cars in the past and who is very picky with what I wanted, I feel that Grand Prix listened and accomodated my every request with ease and no stress. I didn't feel pressured at all and was treated exceptionally well by all of the staff I encountered. (Jamie,Daniel and Jenna). I know that in the future I will purchase from them again based on the wonderful customer service, consideration, and friendly staff. If I could rate them 100 stars I would. I checked up with her every 2-3 weeks for updates, and she helped me every step of the way. Plus, the sales manager Jayson took me out for a ride with the car (despite being busy), showed me some pro-tips on how to drive the car and BE SAFE. All in all, a great group of people, wonderful team, and awesome service. More
Unplanned Car Purchase! I am a dedicated Honda Girl....that is until my Accord was totaled while parked in a hit-and-run. Needless to say, I was not in the market to buy a n I am a dedicated Honda Girl....that is until my Accord was totaled while parked in a hit-and-run. Needless to say, I was not in the market to buy a new car; I did not want a new car; wasn't saving for a new car; and was pissed that my car couldn't make it through an accident at a stand still. So I was looking to replace it with a safer car....after some research and asking some people who deal with collisions regularly... many told me that a Subaru holds up really well. Enter Jamie. After a long day of work, I dragged myself and my husband to go look at a safe car that I wasn't in the mood to shop for. Jamie was bright light in a situation that was not ideal. Jamie likes to talk about a lot of things. As much as Jamie likes to talk...she listens to what we want and don't want ...she laid out all our options. She understood that although we would love a brand new fully loaded Forester the financial timing wasn't there. That night she went above to show us all our pre-owned certified options...we left signing a deal for a 2010 Outback. I felt it was a good price, low miles, but mentally still not in the mood for a different car. Things happen and due to circumstances out of everyone's control...I received a phone call the following day that the 2010 Outback was unavailable. Feeling upset and without a car of my own, I almost went back to Honda. However, everyone in the dealership made sure I found a replacement Subaru. I ended up with an even better 2012 Outback with low mileage, sweet leather seats, and an automatic start. I have been driving it for 5 days and could not be happier. It drives well, has a solid grip in the rain, has great space in the back for my son's baby gear, and my back is well supported in the driver's seat. I am thankful for Jamie for making sure I was happy with our purchase and seeing it through (from selection, finance, and then pick-up). I would also like to thank Jenna (finance), Ray (helped us last Wednesday night), Jamal (shuffling cars around from the lots for me to try), and Anthony (sales mgr-for making the sale transfer from the 2010 to 2012 Outback as painless as possible) for all their assistance. Grand Prix Subaru is a great dealership with exceptional customer service. Jamie definitely created an experience that will bring us back in the future. More
