I checked up with her every 2-3 weeks for updates, and she helped me every step of the way. Plus, the sales manager Jayson took me out for a ride with the car (despite being busy), showed me some pro-tips on how to drive the car and BE SAFE. All in all, a great group of people, wonderful team, and awesome service. More
Unplanned Car Purchase! I am a dedicated Honda Girl....that is until my Accord was totaled while parked in a hit-and-run. Needless to say, I was not in the market to buy a n I am a dedicated Honda Girl....that is until my Accord was totaled while parked in a hit-and-run. Needless to say, I was not in the market to buy a new car; I did not want a new car; wasn't saving for a new car; and was pissed that my car couldn't make it through an accident at a stand still. So I was looking to replace it with a safer car....after some research and asking some people who deal with collisions regularly... many told me that a Subaru holds up really well. Enter Jamie. After a long day of work, I dragged myself and my husband to go look at a safe car that I wasn't in the mood to shop for. Jamie was bright light in a situation that was not ideal. Jamie likes to talk about a lot of things. As much as Jamie likes to talk...she listens to what we want and don't want ...she laid out all our options. She understood that although we would love a brand new fully loaded Forester the financial timing wasn't there. That night she went above to show us all our pre-owned certified options...we left signing a deal for a 2010 Outback. I felt it was a good price, low miles, but mentally still not in the mood for a different car. Things happen and due to circumstances out of everyone's control...I received a phone call the following day that the 2010 Outback was unavailable. Feeling upset and without a car of my own, I almost went back to Honda. However, everyone in the dealership made sure I found a replacement Subaru. I ended up with an even better 2012 Outback with low mileage, sweet leather seats, and an automatic start. I have been driving it for 5 days and could not be happier. It drives well, has a solid grip in the rain, has great space in the back for my son's baby gear, and my back is well supported in the driver's seat. I am thankful for Jamie for making sure I was happy with our purchase and seeing it through (from selection, finance, and then pick-up). I would also like to thank Jenna (finance), Ray (helped us last Wednesday night), Jamal (shuffling cars around from the lots for me to try), and Anthony (sales mgr-for making the sale transfer from the 2010 to 2012 Outback as painless as possible) for all their assistance. Grand Prix Subaru is a great dealership with exceptional customer service. Jamie definitely created an experience that will bring us back in the future. More
End result is all that matters I recently purchased a Forester at Grand Prix Subaru. I became interested in the Subaru Forester after reading reviews on Consumers Report and KBB and I recently purchased a Forester at Grand Prix Subaru. I became interested in the Subaru Forester after reading reviews on Consumers Report and KBB and decided to do a test drive. My husband joined me and we didn't have an appointment so were lucky a sales person was available to help us. Our sales person Jamie Borack was very gracious with her time and not only took us for a test drive, she also took us to the lot to see the inventory so we could make a educated decision. Jamie was very knowledgeable and provided us with all the facts up front. We haggled quite a bit on the numbers but the end result is all that matters and we all walked away happy. Jamie took good care of us and had everything ready for the pick up down the last detail. I drove in with an old car and drove out about 30 minutes later with a brand new Forester. The end result, Jamie was great and I love my car. More

I felt i was only told things if I had insisted or was starting to get angry. That being said, the car is awesome and the work done on it(accessories added and removed) was excellent. With a little more honesty and being accurate with their info, this could have been a great experience. More

While other Subaru dealers in the area would not let us test drive the car we wanted, Bryan took out the model from the showroom and let us drive it. He then helped us by working out all the different possibilities given our budget and trade-in, until we agreed on a deal that made everyone happy. Bryan gave us plenty of time and space to discuss our options privately until we had made our decision. The end result - a truly amazing deal with which we are completely satisfied. More

Last year I left with a 2010; last month I received an "exchange offer" and, with only 22,500 miles on a five year old Forester, I got very good numbers to encourage me to go for the 2015. Roy Wander was 100% helpful - and that is not enough to fairly state how he went above and beyond to answer my questions, even answering via Email late into the evening. He was, by far, the most professional and proficient saleman I have ever dealt with when shopping for a car. When I went to arrange for the bumper-to-bumper coverage, Howie covered all the bases without trying to sell me what I know I did not want: that's the best thing to have happen when sitting at that desk. All in all, Grand Prix Subaru is a place that I have recommended - and will continue to recommend, not only because of the quality of products but also because of the caliber of employees. DMc More
