We brought our 2023 Crosstrek in for its first service and asked for a loaner car, which they promise for "every service appointment." It says this in the pamphlet they hand out to induce you to buy from and asked for a loaner car, which they promise for "every service appointment." It says this in the pamphlet they hand out to induce you to buy from them. Did they give us a loaner? Nope. Plenty of excuses about how that's only for "major" services, but no loaner. They can't be trusted, and they don't care at all. More
