Great car buying experience! Was recommended to Grand Prix by my brother. We met with a excellent salesperson Jaime Borack. We were initially interested in purchasing a Impreza unfortunately the make and model I wanted to purchase had to be a special order and time was not on my side. Jaime showed us many different vehicles and was very professional and did not rush us one bit and a answered all of our questions. Jaime was able to locate a used 2013 Subaru Crosstrex with a very distinct Desert Khaki color. We took it for a test drive and immediately knew it was the car I wanted. She made the buying process quick and easy I would definitely recommend Jaime for future car buyers. She even followed up with a phone call the next day to see how I liked the car. Best dealership and salesperson experience I've ever had We walked into over half a dozen dealerships this Spring looking for a new car and each one was the same. We were immediately approached by a salesper We walked into over half a dozen dealerships this Spring looking for a new car and each one was the same. We were immediately approached by a salesperson who we felt just a little bit uncomfortable with. Someone who felt a bit, well, like a "typical car salesman". We weren't considering a Subaru, but our neighbors had just leased one from Grand Prix and couldn't say enough nice things so we figured we had to take a look. Subaru has an excellent safety and reliability reputation and they were close by, so why not, right? We walked in to Grand Prix and were greeted by a pleasant young lady at the front desk who got someone to help us within a few minutes. Then Jamie came over and introduced herself. She is outgoing, friendly and nice. And she was fantastic with my three year old daughter, which made our time there not only tolerable, but enjoyable. She is pretty much the opposite of every other salesperson we had worked with. We spent a couple of hours with her that day, looked at a couple of different cars, took a test drive and went through some numbers, but had to leave for a family engagement before we could make any decisions. So we came back the next weekend and spent another couple of hours with her, eventually buying a Forester. I've never had such a pleasant experience buying a car. Jamie was so knowledgeable, so personable and just so nice, that she made the entire process feel quick and painless. And while we were there, we worked with Jayson and spoke with a couple of other salespeople who work there. None of them seemed like the "typical car salesman" type. I can't see my next car being anything other than a Subaru with Grand Prix and Jamie being the dealership and salesperson I will deal with. I couldn't give a higher rating or recommendation for Jamie and Grand Prix. When I took my car in to get the after market remote start installed, I purposely stopped by to say hi to Jamie. How many people would do that with their car salesperson? For customers of hers, I'd say all of them. When I first visited the dealership, the receptionist was welcoming and introduced me to Stephen Radow, the sales person who provided in-depth information about the different models I was interested in. He was very patient in answering my questions and in taking me out for several test drives. I knew that it was important to him that I was completely satisfied with my ultimate selection (Impreza Limited 4-door). He really listened to me. Stephen introduced me to allen Nejelski, the Service Department Director who answered specific questions on dealer installed options. When it came time to purchase the car I met Arnie Price who was extremely helpful during the process, explaining all the options, providing guidance where necessary. Stephen, Allen and Arnie conveyed concrete examples of teamwork in action. They inspired trust by their integrity and their knowledge. For them it was not just about making another sale but rather ensuring that I was satisfied with the car of my choice and that I could be confident that they, as members of the Grand Prix dealership team would be there to provide any necessary servicing. The customer service at this dealership is above all others. The salesman are more like friends helping you purchase your car. Everyone was so kind,warm and friendly to me and my family. We had to do our car buying in a two step process due to our time limitations. There scheduling is accurate, and is a great idea. We were able to go in and accomplish everything we set out to do within our time frames. The reason for that is that Bryan our salesman was very efficient and well organized. Our daughter was running all over the place and every single employee at Grand Prix Subaru made a point to say hi or even play with her. When it came time to crunch numbers and get the financing done Arnie made us feel very at ease and made the process very easy and relaxing. This dealership changed my view on buying a car.
