There was no pressure or up-sell...she explained our options clearly and took us on a pleasant test drive. When we phoned the next day to tell her we'd buy, she started our financing paperwork immediately and said our car would be ready by Monday, which it was. Her manager Jayson Schrager was professional and kind, both Jamie and Jayson are knowlegeable and thorough, VERY friendly and make the whole experience quite nice. I highly recommend Grand Prix, and Jamie Borack in particular, if you are in the market for a new or used car. We will be back for regular service and trade-in in a few years! :) More

We showed up at the dealership on a Sunday without an appointment, and Jamie took the time to meet with us and discuss the pre-owned cars she had in her inventory, even though she was juggling 10 other things that day. We took a Forester for a test-drive and decided on the spot that it was the car we were looking for and put down our deposit. During the week, Jamie followed up with us about concerns we had with some dings and recalls on the car (we were first time used-car buyers) and made sure everything was checked out and in great condition the following Saturday when we came out to pick it up. We were impressed with how thorough Jamie was, as she even pulled strings to make sure we had the accessories we wanted. I would definitely refer friends and family (to the extent they haven't already purchased a car from Jamie). More
