After deciding on the Forester, the folks at Grand Prix, especially Jamie, went above and beyond to get us into the vehicle we wanted. Even though it took a while for the dealership to find the color we wanted, Jamie and Jayson kept us apprised throughout the wait, and when the car finally arrived, the purchasing process was quick and painless. We visited Grand Prix Subaru to test drive one of the vehicles there and started with the Imprezza, which wasn't to my liking. Paul Perrotta was our sales person, and was so patient with us and listened vehicles there and started with the Imprezza, which wasn't to my liking. Paul Perrotta was our sales person, and was so patient with us and listened to what I was really looking for. He had me test drive the 2014 Subaru Forester and I absolutely loved it immediately. He took his time explaining all the details of the vehicle and we decided this was the car for us. Paul was very professional, thorough and is a tremendous asset to Grand Prix Subaru dealership. We plan on recommending Paul Perrotta to our friends and family when the need arises for a new vehicle for them. And this was no fluke, this is our second Subaru from Grand Prix Subaru of Hicksville. At a different Subaru dealership we weren't taken as serious buyers/leasers and the salesperson didn't try hard enough to get our business. We were given a lease price for a model in stock and no effor serious buyers/leasers and the salesperson didn't try hard enough to get our business. We were given a lease price for a model in stock and no effort was made to look for the model or color that we really wanted. We decided that if we going to buy/lease a brand new car, we at least wanted to get the model and color we chose. Jamie not only got us a good deal on our Subaru lease, she also got us the correct model and the color we really wanted. She made an effort to obtain our business which makes a difference as to where you decide to place your trust. We would recommend Jamie to our family and friends. Additionally, when our lease is up, we will go back to Jamie and see what she can do for us in terms of another Subaru. More

We walked into the Subaru dealership with a thought of just looking. We met Jamie Borack at the door going in while she was finishing up with another couple that had purchased a vehicle. When we finally sat down we new that she was going to go the whole nine yards for us and please us with anything we were not sure about. She is asset to that Subaru dealership because we did not feel pressured in any way and that is very important. It was personality and warmth that should be commended especially when you are making such an expensive purchase.
