The customer service at this dealership is above all others. The salesman are more like friends helping you purchase your car. Everyone was so kind,warm and friendly to me and my family. We had to do our car buying in a two step process due to our time limitations. There scheduling is accurate, and is a great idea. We were able to go in and accomplish everything we set out to do within our time frames. The reason for that is that Bryan our salesman was very efficient and well organized. Our daughter was running all over the place and every single employee at Grand Prix Subaru made a point to say hi or even play with her. When it came time to crunch numbers and get the financing done Arnie made us feel very at ease and made the process very easy and relaxing. This dealership changed my view on buying a car. I know when it's time for a new car where I will be going. Grand Prix Subaru.!!!!! I strongly recommend this dealership to friends and family!!! When I first visited the dealership, the receptionist was welcoming and introduced me to Stephen Radow, the sales person who provided in-depth information about the different models I was interested in. He was very patient in answering my questions and in taking me out for several test drives. I knew that it was important to him that I was completely satisfied with my ultimate selection (Impreza Limited 4-door). He really listened to me. Stephen introduced me to allen Nejelski, the Service Department Director who answered specific questions on dealer installed options. When it came time to purchase the car I met Arnie Price who was extremely helpful during the process, explaining all the options, providing guidance where necessary. Stephen, Allen and Arnie conveyed concrete examples of teamwork in action. They inspired trust by their integrity and their knowledge. For them it was not just about making another sale but rather ensuring that I was satisfied with the car of my choice and that I could be confident that they, as members of the Grand Prix dealership team would be there to provide any necessary servicing. When I explained that I was looking into getting a car but not really sure if I would be purchasing or leasing one until May, she understood my circumstance. I advised her tha I would be back in May and when I contacted her, she immediately made time in her schedule to see me. I advised that I was now interested in getting a used Legacy and Jamie quickly transitioned from helping me with wanting a Forrester to wanting a used Legacy. She was understanding and able to answer my questions with ease. It was a pleasure dealing with Jamie. More

Exceptional Dealership With An Exceptional Salesman!!!!!!!! This is the second Subaru purchased from Grand Prix Subaru and from sales representative Roy Wander in less than a year. Having previously shopped at other Subaru locations we had no other reason to bypass doing business with Roy Wander. He was very thorough in his presentation and extremely patient as we had to visit him on several occasions prior to our purchase. Every visit he insisted on my taking a test drive and advising me of the incoming vehicles matching my interest. My brothers Subaru WRX TURBO had a problem with the driver door lock last year and the SERVICE DEPARTMENT did a great job of ordering the parts and correcting the issue very quickly. There have been no other problems to date. Overall, if you prefer a very pleasant way of purchasing your next vehicle i would advise taking the time to visit ROY at GRAND PRIX SUBARU. You will not be disappointed.! More

I had requested quotes online and Grand Prix called to invite us to make an appointment. We met Jaime and right away she was friendly and upfront. She introduced us to Grand Prix's unique perks like complimentary NYS inspections, oil changes, and loaner cars. She focused on making the process as easy and painless as possible. She was personable and generous and went above and beyond to get us a great deal. I did not know that you could buy a car so fast without any pressure while remaining completely relaxed. At the end, in the finance room, Jenna was informative and very patient, giving us the time we needed to make a decision. We love our new car and thank you for making this best car buying experience ever. More

She even went to the great length of sourcing and retrieving my new car from a dealership over 400 miles away. Her commitment to customer satisfaction is obvious. Make sure you ask for Jamie! Financing a new car, in addition to choosing additional warranty options, can be overwhelming for those new to the process. Jenna Donnelly was very informative, and clearly explained all of my options that would allow me to get the most coverage and still stay within my budget. She made a stressful process very simple.
