I purchased a certified 2008 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited from Grand Prix on 11/19/11. It's been over a month and I still haven't received the license plates. The temporary in-transit permit which is valid for a Grand Prix on 11/19/11. It's been over a month and I still haven't received the license plates. The temporary in-transit permit which is valid for a month has expired and I am unable to drive the Jeep just before holidays. Despite various follow ups the attitude of the dealership has been very lax. They hid the facts and did not disclose that the title of the vehicle was still in the name of the previous leasing co. They seem to have no interest or urgency in addressing the issue, specially since they've already sold the vehicle. Me and my family are stuck at home and cannot go for our planned out of town vacation! More
Once again, I had a wonderful experience at Grand Prix Jeep. It is the third time I bought a new jeep there. I had shopped around before going there and of course they beat the best deal I had. Mike was the only dealer who told me that he could get the exact Jeep Liberty I asked for without taking a factory order. He was fun to talk with and negotiate with, too. Automotive and financial knowledge are not my strengths so walking into a car dealership is my least favorite thing to do. Will Vergez walked me through every little thing, explaining terms, pointing out so walking into a car dealership is my least favorite thing to do. Will Vergez walked me through every little thing, explaining terms, pointing out disadvantages and advantages, trying his hardest to make sure I understood what I was being told. Will really took the time to make sure I was comfortable with what I was buying and the accessories I wanted. We took a long test drive and he talked me through all the buttons and gadgets in the car. Will never pushed a car, an accessory,or a deal at me. He just laid out all my options and let me make the decisions. Once my decision was made, he went over it again so I was sure of what I was doing. He made follow-up calls to see how I liked the car and if I had any questions. I love my new used car and I loved working with Will. He's every car-and-finance-challenged person's dream come true. Also, the dealership itself is very clean and organized. The receptionist notices you right away and gets you the help you need immediately. I will recommend this dealership to anyone I know who wants to buy a car. More
