This is something like the 12th or 13th car we've purchased throught the Grand Prix family. Joe Del Rossi proved to be willing and enthusiastic, and followed up with trying to find us the car we wan purchased throught the Grand Prix family. Joe Del Rossi proved to be willing and enthusiastic, and followed up with trying to find us the car we wanted, within our price range. He didn't push, or try to oversell. He offered us the various choices, without flogging the company line. Joe was very helpful! The only coinstructive criticism I might offer is for the Grand Prix company to work on streamlining the "closing" process. This was a "business" purchaase, as as a business guy, our time is money. Would we buy more cars there? Of course! More

Adam was the bomb and made my new car experience very exciting and enjoyable. It is nice to see a salesman who knows what they are selling and also supports the product in driving a Subaru. We traveled to Gregoris Subaru and Ramsey Subaru in search of a great car but did not find it. Today we went to Grand Prix Subaru in Hicksville and spoke to Michael who was excellent and worked with u search of a great car but did not find it. Today we went to Grand Prix Subaru in Hicksville and spoke to Michael who was excellent and worked with us to find a fantastic car within our price range. As a salesperson he did what the other two dealerships didn't - he actually listened to what we were looking for, what we could afford, and took the time to look through all cars and possibilities to find us THE car! He did all this within a few hours and was very accommodating since we were there with our 2 month old - can't praise him nor the dealership enough! Additionally the manager, Paul, was great and Arnie in finance worked magic! All around a great experience and have already recommended the dealership to a family member. Thank you Grand Prix Subaru, Michael, Paul, and Arnie! More
Let me start off by saying I would be hard-pressed to find a single bad thing about this dealership throughout the course of my purchasing process. Adam Michaelson and Grand Prix Subaru were an absolute find a single bad thing about this dealership throughout the course of my purchasing process. Adam Michaelson and Grand Prix Subaru were an absolute delight to deal with. Adam's knowledge and experience with the WRX made me feel that much more comfortable throughout the whole process. When you are in the process of buying a car, you want to feel comfortable and secure throughout the whole endeavor, and Adam's level of service is BEYOND what I expected. More

I have purchased 3 Subaru Foresters from this dealership over the past 10 yrs. The "crown jewel" at this dealership is the service department. Mike Puccio and Raymond Voesack are outstanding individuals. T over the past 10 yrs. The "crown jewel" at this dealership is the service department. Mike Puccio and Raymond Voesack are outstanding individuals. They are always concerned about customer satisfaction and always try to correct and/or repair any problem. They are honest, have integrity and are straight-forward professionals. I have gotten to know several of the service technicians over the years and they are well trained, professional, knowledgeable and also concerned about your experience. In fact, anyone I come in contact with in the service department is always courteous, friendly and make the visit an enjoyable experience. I would recommend this service department to anyone. If you require Subaru vehicle service, go there. You will be extremely satisfied with the outcome! More
I had a great experience at this dealership. Nobody was ever too "pushy" and were willing to work with the customer to make the deal happen. Everybody was extremely friendly from the employees on the phone ever too "pushy" and were willing to work with the customer to make the deal happen. Everybody was extremely friendly from the employees on the phone, to the sales receptionist, to the saleperson, to the finance manager to the personnel in the Service Department. The saleperson also seemed VERY knowledgable about the vehicle I was interested in...especially considering it was a brand new model. He spoke of it like he had sold 100 of them already. I would highly recommend this dealership...the best dealership experience I have ever had! More
Adam was one of the nicest down to earth guy I've ever met. Very, knowledgeable and not pushy at all. What I really liked about Adam was he wasn't just a salesman, he was a Subaru enthusiasts too, really met. Very, knowledgeable and not pushy at all. What I really liked about Adam was he wasn't just a salesman, he was a Subaru enthusiasts too, really knows what he's talking about. After I bought my 2012 WRX Adam called me twice on separate occasions to make sure everything was going smoothly with it. GRAND PRIX SUBARU: MUST READ!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had leased a 2010 Forester for my wife and had a pleasant experience with Kevin Di READ!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had leased a 2010 Forester for my wife and had a pleasant experience with Kevin Diaz, our sales person. So last week, I went in to lease another Forester for my wife and purchase a 2013 WRX Limited for myself. Let me remind you, I am a returning customer to this dealership looking to get TWO cars.... I walked in and asked to speak with Kevin. I found out he no longer worked there so I began working with James McArthur. After spending a total of 6 hours in the course of two days at the dealership, I thought things were in order finally including $2700.00 for my trade-in. He arrived at that number by researching the VIN number. I came in to meet with James, and upon my arrival, he informed me his "head wasn't right and he needed more time to work out the numbers". Another hour later, James informs me that he has to transfer the deal to another sales woman who claimed she originally sold us our 2010 Forester lease. Clearly, her name wasn't on my bill of receipt and I've never met her before. At this point, I'm fed up and don't care who does the deal. And so the games are well underway.... I then proceeded to meet with Todd, the general manager, in order to work out the details. He proceeds to offer me the WRX at $1500.00 OVER MSRP stating he "needed to make money on the car!! Within 5 minutes, it's $1000.00 OVER. Again, I'm a returning customer. The numbers on the Forester I though were set but I'll soon see I was wrong. Over the course of another few days, I speak with this "Phantom" sales woman whom I've never met before although she apparently sold me a car! She informed me everything was ready to go... Finally, I make it clear to them that I'm dragging my wife and my 2 week old daughter down to pick up the Forester so it would be helpful if everything was in order and ready to go. When we arrive, I finally meet the woman who didn't sell me our last car. The Forester was there and the right model. We sat down with the finance manager and go over the numbers: First of all, the paperwork he has is for a completely different Forester with different options...so obviously, the price is wrong. The sales woman ,who had this two car deal fall into her lap because she caused a stink, knew nothing of the details of the deal and failed to collaborate with the other salesman who was originally helping us. Not only that, my original quoted trade-in value of $2700.00 was now down to $2000.00!! When I spoke to the manager, Todd, he said that James, his salesperson, was not authorized to quote me that price. That seems odd considering it was obtained by simply looking up the VIN number. So picture all of this happening while our newly born daughter is screaming her head off! This was the last draw! We gathered our things and walked out while making sure they knew how we felt. They disrespected our family, our time, and even our safety with a newborn that was prone to infections at such an early age. The funny thing is, no one tried to stop us... Later that evening, I received a call from Todd, the general manager. He apologized for the everything that happened, which was nice. However, he was more concerned with this review that I was going to write unless he managed to wrong the right and make good on what was agreed upon. A week later...., no call or concern which is why you're reading this review. More
