I searched the internet for Subaru Outback and found out Grand Prix Subaru and Bay Ridge Subaru (my co-work had bad experience with Bay Ridge Subaru) had the car I want. I called Grand Prix Subaru, the salesperson was friendly and answered all of my questions. When I called back next day to get the price, I was told the car sold yesterday. She helps me to find another car. Even she did not find another car I want, I still highly recommend this dealer. I end up had to buy a car from Star Subaru. The car which I pickup from Star Subaru last night has the same VIN as the car that posted on Grand Prix website inventory and window stick shows that the car was delivered to Grand Prix Subaru. I do not understand that why the manager allows other dealer took the car while a potential buyer is in the “show room”. More

Chris Lien spent numerous hours with me discussing both the 2010 Subaru Forestor and 2010 Jeep Cherokee this past saturday.
